Fire & Water Membership – URGENT

EXTREMELY URGENT

Calling all FIRE & WATER Members and those who always intended to become a member but haven’t got round to it yet:

The Fire & Water Board has discussed the implications of the new General Data Protection Regulations and realised that we need to renew the membership list, seeking confirmation from all Members as to how they should be contacted in the future.

The Board also discussed and recommended that we move to an Annual Membership system. We raised the question of Annual Membership at the Extraordinary General Meeting held immediately after the Annual General Meeting on 24 March 2018 and Members approved the change from a once for all membership to an annually renewable membership with annual subscriptions of £3 (unwaged), £5 (waged) or £20 (group).

We are now asking ALL MEMBERS to fill in the new membership form and get it back to us, with your subscription, as soon as possible.

Please do this before the 25th May because after that date we won’t be able to contact you from the old membership list. You will still be able to renew your membership but you will have to contact us, we will not be able to directly contact you.
